You never buy blind
The free scan shows your match count and total estimated value before you pay a penny — you only unlock the £29 report once you can already see there's something there. And a report isn't a one-off: it re-runs for 12 months, re-matching against the current scheme set as funding opens and closes through the year. Because you see what you're getting up front and keep it working all year, reports are not refundable on the basis of eligibility. You keep 100% of anything you ever win — we never take a percentage.
One-time purchases (reports & packs)
Reports are digital content supplied immediately — at checkout you ask us to start supply straight away and acknowledge the standard 14-day cooling-off right ends once supply begins. Unused credits in a 10-pack: if you've redeemed none, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund; partially used packs are refunded pro-rata within 14 days. We'll always put right a genuine error, like a duplicate or mistaken charge.
Practice plan (£499/yr)
Cancel any time from your account — it takes effect at the end of the paid year. Cancel within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund if you haven't run reports yet, or a pro-rata refund if you have. We email a reminder before each renewal.
Your statutory rights
Digital content must be as described and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Nothing on this page reduces those rights. Refunds land back on the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days.
