Free UK-wide programme for founders aged 18-30 - expert-led workshops, up to 12 months of one-to-one planning support, a Test My Business Idea grant of up to £500, and a volunteer business mentor for around three years after launch.

Verified 2026-08-21 on kingstrust.org.uk (both the Enterprise programme page and the funding page): 'Apply for up to £30,000 in a combination of: Start Up Grant of up to £5,000; Start Up Loan of between £500 and £25,000' - the grant portion is explicitly non-repayable, the loan is repayable over 1-5 years with interest. Test My Business Idea grant up to £500 at the planning stage. Eligibility the engine cannot fully express: aged 18-30 (no founder-age engine field - candidateAge refers to new hires, so the age gate lives here and in the summary); right to work in the UK; business must operate in the UK; must own or plan to own at least 50% of the business; programme availability varies by area ('Find Enterprise near you').
