What it is

In-kind advertising credit for charities, not cash: Google Ad Grants gives eligible nonprofit charitable organisations US$10,000 per month of free text-based Google Search ads, activated through a verified Google for Nonprofits account.

Verified 2026-08-21 on google.com/nonprofits (Ad Grants offering page + eligibility page): live, US$10,000 USD of in-kind search advertising per month — valueMax and capture max are the US$120,000/year equivalent of the funder's stated monthly amount, USD not GBP, and never paid as cash. Eligibility per funder: a nonprofit charitable organisation in good standing meeting full country-specific requirements (expressed as legalForm = charity); explicitly NOT eligible: governmental entities/organisations, hospitals and healthcare organisations, and schools/academic institutions. UK-specific charity-status wording is not restated on the pages checked (eligibility is per-country). Ongoing Ad Grants account/programme policies apply to keep the grant; the rescue's specific 5% CTR figure was not re-verified today. For-profit SMBs are not eligible.
